1.Q: Is there local after-sales service? What should I do if the product breaks down and I need replacement parts?
A: Our products are engineered for easy self-replacement of spare parts during the design phase. If your unit malfunctions and requires replacement components, we will ship parts from our local warehouses located in four regions: the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia. 2.Q: What is the full-charge range?
A: Many factors affect driving range: flat roads deliver longer range than uphill terrain; light braking yields better mileage than frequent hard braking; riding under 25km/h achieves far greater range than traveling above 35km/h.
The range data below is tested under consistent conditions: flat pavement, minimal braking, constant speed of 35km/h, with varying rider weights:

• 80kg (180lbs): 50km / 31 miles

3. Q:How long does a full charge take? How long will it take to fully charge with the separately purchased fast charger?

4.Q: Scooter theft is rampant right now. How can I recover my stolen scooter?
A: You may install GPS as an optional accessory on the M7. GPS maintains signal coverage even in remote, uninhabited wilderness areas. Its location refreshes every 10 seconds, enabling you to track and retrieve your scooter anywhere.
5.Q: What is the climbing performance of the M8 Rover model?
A: M7 Ranger can sustain continuous climbing on slopes over 30% gradient for up to 20km with a 100kg(220lbs) rider onboard.
6.Q: Can a seat be installed on the scooter?
A: Seats are fully compatible and can be retrofitted to all our scooter models.
7. Q: Can hydraulic disc brake systems be modified on the scooter?
A: Hydraulic disc brake upgrade accessories are officially provided for all our models, modification is supported.

1. What PSl level should l keep the tires inflated at?
• We recommend inflating its tires to 31.9-34.8 psi (220-240 kPa)
2. What will affect the e-scooter range?
• The actual range depends on a variety of factors such as battery status, tire pressure , load, temperature, wind speed, road conditions and riding habits
• Temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius (120 degrees Fahrenheit) or below -5 degrees Celsius (25 degrees Fahrenheit) will shorten the range.
• Frequent rapid acceleration and braking will significantly reduce the range.
• Maintaining a sustained high speed above 40 km/h will significantly reduce the range.
• Continuous uphill driving will drastically reduce the range.
• Therefore, in our tests, we had riders use weights such as backpacks and clothing to achieve 60 kg 130 lbs, 70 kg 155 lbs, 80 kg 180 lbs, 90 kg 200 lbs, and 100 kg 220 lbs. The following real-world data was obtained under conditions of 20 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit), on a flat road, at a constant speed of 30 km/h (18.5 mph) with minimal braking. This data is provided for your reference.

3.What is the maximum user weight?
• M7 Ranger has a maximum load capacity of 330lbs（150kg）
• 100kg（220lbs）or below would be the best-case scenario for riding.
• A heavy loaded scooter will lessen your range and average speed. You could take it into consideration.
4.What is the longevity of the battery? Would it lasts a couple of years before having to replace?
• Unlike most scooters on the market, we insist on equipping our scooters with high-quality Samsung battery cells because we believe that high-quality cells determine the performance of the battery pack itself. Thanks to the use of more stable Samsung battery cells, our battery can still maintain 80% of its original range after 500 charge-discharge cycles. If you charge it about once every three days, your battery range will decrease to about 80% of its original capacity after about 4 years.
5.How do I configure speed, assist mode, and units on the M7 Ranger?
• To adjust the maximum speed, enable push-to-start, or switch between kilometers and miles (KPH/MPH), simply download the UNI SCOOTER app on your Android or iOS device. Once connected to your M7 Ranger via Bluetooth, you can access all settings directly in the app.

1. Can I ride the M7 Ranger in the rain?
• M7 Ranger scooter is built with water-resistant materials to protect against daily splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in rainy conditions, as it may pose safety risks. At Backfire, rider safety is our top priority—after all, this is an electric scooter.
2. Does Backfire offer warranty support?

3.Does battery level affect the scooter’s top speed?
• Yes. As the battery drains and voltage drops, the maximum speed will gradually decrease.
4.What safety precautions should I take when riding the M7 Ranger?
• Always wear a helmet, check local weather conditions, stay alert to road hazards, and don’t forget to lock your scooter after riding.
5.Can I leave the scooter charging for overnight?
• M7 Ranger have a dedicated BMS for charge and discharge but We still don’t recommend charging the electric scooter for longer than 24 hours.

2. Do I need to pay for the shipping and taxes/duties?
Backfire provides free and fast shipping for all scooters within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or other U.S. territories. Backfire is a U.S.-based company. Depending on state laws, customers may be required to pay local sales tax.
