Excellent product! The construction is solid and the price is justified. It's truly an essential purchase if you're buying an electric scooter or skateboard like this one. I've bought two electric scooters from other brands before, but this one is the most beautiful and powerful. I highly recommend this product.
I also have another brand of scooter. The Backfire M8 has similar performance and power, despite the other being double the price. A stronger stem lock than the other also. So, yes I am satisfied. Front suspension needs some improvement, but other than that, a great buy. Thanks.

Everything about the Backfire M8 electric scooter is awesome. It's very strong and I tried 2 people on an hour ride, nothing changed. The speed, battery health, Everything was normal like there's no weight on it. Infact, love it. And yes, I was amazed how fast I got it in Canada. 2 or 3 working days, aww you guys are doing a great job. People love the design too
This is my first electric scooter and I did quite a bit of research. I actually purchased a different brand that was a bit more expensive but after receiving it, it just felt so large and bulky. I returned it and got the back Fire m8. It’s very quick and all the speed that I’ll need for quite a while. I like how the deck is not super high off the ground and it cruises like a longboard so you can carve it up really nicely. I have a bad back at 40 years old so I can appreciate it size and lower weight. I’ve gotten it up to 38 mph and it felt very stable. I’ve taken it off Road and it does well but it is a bit stiff in the suspension so if you plan on doing a whole lot of trail riding, you might want something softer. Overall, I’m very happy and I’m actually on my way to go for a nice long ride right now! Also, it goes uphill very easily. There’s one place we go camping annually and other people were barely making it up the hill, but I was flying by them at 20 miles an hour.
With rising fuel prices and wanting a way to battle traffic in a better way (I live in Los Angeles), I bit the bullet and and bought the Backfire M8 scooter. I originally was working with a $300 budget, but after a bunch of research I up'd my budget to $500. With hills and needing the ability to travel 5-6 miles at a time with some (Hollywood) hills on my route, I had to step up to a $800 budget. I decided on the M8, and have now been riding for 3 weeks. I can't tell you how much I LOVE this scooter. My commute is enjoyable and quick. The dual motors are a no brainer for me, as well the quickness. I out run traffic in stop n go traffic. The ride is smooth, due to the dual suspension. The torque going up steep(er) hills is great. Right now, I couldn't be happier about my purchase. I'm an older guy (fit), 165lbs and this thing flies. Buy a helmet people...the other day I was riding to work and literally a dude in front of me on a scooter wiped out and I watched his head bounce off a car hood (parked). He was fine, but It was painful for him, and for me to watch.

I honestly love this scooter the speed and torque it has was a bang for the buck. Beautiful scooter with tracking that was easy to set up and helps me put my mind to ease if I ever leave the scooter unattended. I also like that the deck of the scooter is pretty low compared to other scooters which are higher, it gives it a more balanced weight to it. Amazing scooter. Can’t wait to ride it when I get out of work!

My first scooter. I have ebikes but this is waaaay more fun. It shipped well and was easy to unpack/setup. Im 250lbs and I hit 36mph! Plenty of speed for me. I've had it for a couple weeks and I've done multiple 15+ mile trips. Its an absolute blast. Love the gps feature. Its very smooth and easy to ride. If you're thinking about getting one just stop thinking and buy one! One of my favorite purchases I've ever done.
This scooter is amazing! I got it for my wife and it had what she want and what she wanted was a wide deck and a foot rest, and had what I wanted and that's the samsung battery and dual motor and the controls!! Im glad I did more research! Perfect scooter!!
This thing is AWESOME! After doing copious research, I concluded that I cannot get more scooter for the same amount of money. The Samsung cells were the icing on the cake. Trying to figure out how to swing a 2nd one!
I compared this to several other brands on the market; some 1.5x the price. This thing is awesome. I can’t believe how well it accelerates going up a hill, as well as flat. The platform is nice and wide and long enough for a 6’1” 200lb guy. I’ve put 40 miles on it in the first week. Glad I chose the M8. Side note, the owner is active in forums and seems to listen to his customers.
Love this thing. So fun and just the right amount of speed and power. And range is amazing. Me and my lady (she’s on the other scooter) went on a 14 mile ride and we both had about 70 percent charge left according to our voltage charts. It’s cool how our scooters kinda match up in range with our weight differences. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase. Great product from a great company. Keep it up!!
The build quality of the scooter is excellent. I am very impressed. I love the scooter and have been riding it for a few weeks without any issues. When the scooter arrived, the front tire was at 40psi and the back tire at 46psi. The cold pressure rating on the tire sidewall states that the maximum is 36psi, so I’m not sure why it was shipped with such high pressure. The outside shipping box was a bit banged up, but the inner box was in better shape. However, the Styrofoam inside was completely destroyed in some areas. This caused the scooter to be covered with small white Styrofoam pieces, both on the surface and inside every tiny crevice, especially around small grease points. Weeks later, I’m still removing small pieces of white Styrofoam from under the flight plate mat and elsewhere. Aside from the package getting pretty banged up during shipping, I haven't had any issues with the scooter. It’s a great-looking scooter, and the ride is smooth. I hope it lasts a long time.

I had a kick scooter as a kid, took a metal roller-skate apart and attached both ends to a 2 by 4 for a skateboard. Now that I am turning 75 this year - the Backfire is a blast. I have added a phone rack and bought a backpack to pick up mail. Although the supplied NC cards were a problem - I bought new blank 1K 13.56 MHz RFID Smart Cards and several round plastic fobs. They paired and worked great. I like the fob on my keychain better. I get a lot of "looks" around my neighborhood and questions on "where did you get that?"'. Using the Backfire scooter to & from the pickleball courts with the paddle on my back is way fun.
Very stable when it goes pass 30 mph too. I was able to get to max of 33 mph. I use this scooter in my daily commute to and from work. Dual motor is awesome! accelerate extremely quick. Love the lights and the foldablilty. My old scooter always had solid tires and I never had to change it. I dunno how long these tires can last but I hope it last for a long time. Brakes and everything is within my control so feel very safe. 100% would recommend this scooter!
So I was planning my spring break vacation in so.florida and needed transportation while there. Since I ride my e scooters 365 ( haven't bought a tank of gas for 3yrs, in fact the car hasn't left the driveway)I decided to purchase my 4th. the M8 won out. I looked at many and im extremely happy. I still can't believe the price because I own 2 wolf king pro and the M8 ranks right along side and yes it like apples to oranges but the build quality is strong, design beautiful ( it was definitely turning heads at the beach) the app. Was easy to access and user friendly . Being able to adjust height of handle bar aloud my girl to ride . In fact she kept it she liked it so much. People are crazy not to buy one. And me , im looking forward for the next one to be developed.

Execeptional build quality checked all nuts and bolts after unboxing all were super snug . Have only put 16 miles on it so far . Winter in the Midwest is a pain . But very impressed so far have recommended to several colleges and friends this far .

I’ve put a good number of miles on this thing already and I love it. I’m a bigger guy at about 230 pounds and it still gets me to top speed every time no matter where the battery is sitting. The power delivery feels strong and consistent, which makes riding around town feel easy and predictable. For range, riding at full speed on flat ground, I’m seeing about 20 to 25 miles. That is honestly better than I expected considering how hard I ride it. I have not tried to stretch it in eco yet, mostly because it is just too much fun to keep it turned down. The GPS is one of my favorite peace of mind features. I can lock it up somewhere, set the geofence, and check the app to make sure it is still exactly where I left it. That alone makes me feel way more comfortable bringing it places. The suspension feels tuned for speed. It can handle some rougher terrain, but you can tell it really wants to be moving on pavement. Acceleration is quick, it is super maneuverable, and it always feels ready to go. My only real wishes would be front turn signals in the handlebars and a less aggressive kick plate. I would prefer to stand more front to back instead of side to side for stability. Those are pretty small complaints though. Overall I absolutely adore this scooter and have been riding it all over town to different events and meetups. Every time I step off it I am already looking forward to the next ride.
This eScooter is all around awesome. It was delivered fast and we were impressed by the very secure packaging ! My husband put it together and got everything set up quickly. He was impressed with the ease of setup, how Beefy and safe this scooter feels, and how easy it was to set up everything and use the App . I haven't been able to test drive it this week as I've had a family emergency but my husband and his best friend drove it yesterday and were very impressed with both the handelling and the speed / power of this scooter. He also appreciates the secure card to keep it safe and to have the ability to limit the speed.
I would just love to say this scooter is amazing. I’ve put this thing to the test on the trails and let me tell you it handled it perfectly. Every single incline I’ve ran into it handled it with no problem and on top of that the battery is still on a full charge. The only reason I’ve stopped riding is because i finished the entire trail. This is such a fun scooter and has exceeded my expectations on what it can handle and how it performs. And remember at the end of the day you’re getting a very reputable brand. Backfire doesn’t dissapoint.
