Warranty Information

Backfire provides convenient, reliable, and efficient service for all products within the warranty period. Please refer to the table below for warranty coverage on different product categories and components. Our dealers, partners, and resellers are responsible for providing after-sales service directly to their customers.

If you encounter warranty-related issues with your Backfire product, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product. You must provide all relevant order information, such as warranty card, invoice, or receipt.

 Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
Water damage to battery, motor, or controller.

Human-caused damage, modifications, or collision damage.

Tires punctured by sharp objects.

 

Shipping Damage Claims

Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt.

Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before acceptance.

Customers should document damage with photos (preferably dated) and keep all packaging until inspection is complete.

Claims reported after 14 days will not be accepted.

 

Warranty Process

Buyers must provide valid proof of purchase.

A defect description is required to initiate a claim.

Visible proof of defect and product serial number (if available) must be provided.

Backfire will record trouble shooting steps performed by the buyer.

Products may need to be returned for quality inspection.

Defective items must be returned in original or dealer-approved packaging.

 

Valid Proof of Purchase

Online order number from an authorized Backfire reseller.

Sales invoice.

Dated sales receipt from an authorized Backfire reseller.

Note: Multiple forms of proof may be required, such as wire transfer receipts or proof of original shipping address.

Warranty Will Be Void If:

Product is out of warranty period.

Product is lost or stolen.

Product was free or a gift.

Product was misused (e.g., dropped, exposed to extreme temperatures, water damage, improper operation).

Product is not in original condition (e.g., modified).

Product used with incompatible accessories.

Buyer cannot provide valid proof of purchase.

Product installed with unsupported software or firmware.

Damage caused by customer (repair and shipping costs borne by customer).

Customer sends personal items instead of Backfire products.

Product purchased from unauthorized resellers.
