How will my order be processed?

  • Orders placed on business days are processed within 2 hours. 
  •  Packages are handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days. 
  •  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped and logged, typically within 3–5 business days (or 3–7 business days for Canadian orders)

My order never arrived. What should I do?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery timeframe:

  •  Check your order status using the tracking number.
  • Contact our customer service team immediately for support.

Do you offer bulk or group purchase discounts?

  • Yes! For bulk orders or group purchases, please contact us to receive a custom shipping quote and special offers

  •  Delivery times depend on your shipping destination. You can check your tracking number and estimated delivery time directly on the carrier’s website.

Holiday Shipping Notice

  • Due to increased order volume during holiday periods, your delivery may be delayed.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the product and packaging, and send them to us promptly. (Note: All complete scooter purchases include shipping insurance.)
  • If your order has a defect or you suspect damage occurred during manufacturing, please contact us—we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

 Shipping Method

  • Due to the nature of our products, ground shipping is the only available option.
  • Your order will be shipped via the carrier best suited to meet the delivery timeline, typically UPS or another reliable logistics provider.
