Return & Refund Policy

At Backfire, we are committed to providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find our return and refund process, conditions, and all the information you need.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order before it is processed (typically within 2 hours), please contact us immediately. We can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Refunds will be processed after confirmation with our team.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Before sending any item back, please make sure to contact us first at adi@backfirescooter.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

  • The package must not have been signed for.

  • The shipping carrier must be able to intercept the package.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To initiate a return, please email us at adi@backfirescooter.com to request return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, but are often processed sooner.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at adi@backfirescooter.com.


Return Instructions

  • Items must be securely packed in the original box.

  • All original packaging and tags must be included.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of refund approval. If not, the approval will expire.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • You may use any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we require a trackable shipping method.

Comment

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Fairness & Support

We are committed to treating every customer fairly and ask for the same in return. In some cases, we may not be able to accept a return.

Please allow 2–3 business days to process your return or refund. If eligible, refunds are typically issued within 1–2 business days after approval.
