- Packages are handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped and logged, typically within 3–5 business days (or 3–7 business days for Canadian orders)
My order never arrived. What should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery timeframe:

What should I do if my order is damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the product and packaging, and send them to us promptly. (Note: All complete scooter purchases include shipping insurance.)
- If your order has a defect or you suspect damage occurred during manufacturing, please contact us—we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

- Due to the nature of our products, ground shipping is the only available option.
- Your order will be shipped via the carrier best suited to meet the delivery timeline, typically UPS or another reliable logistics provider.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Backfire Boards ships from our California Warehouse and Virginia Tech Center (USA) to all U.S. states, excluding a few minor islands. We partner with major carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground — to ensure reliable delivery.
Typical transit time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier schedules.
International Shipping (Europe)
We also ship from our Germany warehouse to most European countries, offering faster delivery and local support.
Out-of-Stock & Backorders
If a product is out of stock in our U.S. warehouses, your order may be placed on backorder. In this case, we may ship directly from China, and you’ll receive an email notification before shipment.
Transit time for international shipments may range from 7 to 20 business days, including customs clearance.
Address Requirements
Due to the size and battery regulations of certain products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
A valid street address and phone number are required for delivery purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
